We machine mission-critical screws, fasteners, turned components, housings, and assemblies to tolerances of ±0.0001″ using CNC Swiss lathes, multi-axis milling centers, and screw machining equipment.
We work with titanium, Inconel, A286, stainless steel, hardened steels, and other defense-grade materials, manufacturing parts up to 12″ in length for programs involving munitions and ordnance, missile and rocket systems, tactical ground systems, firearms tooling, and defense electronics housings. Every component is manufactured, inspected, and fully traceable within our Flint, Michigan facility. No offshore production. No subcontracting to unqualified shops.
