If a part doesn’t meet your specifications or expectations for quality, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.
Here’s what you can expect:

• Every part is inspected using advanced equipment including CMMs, Electronic Height Gages, Optical Comparators, and Concentricity Indicators. We routinely verify tolerances as tight as ±.0001” across lengths up to 12 inches.
• Our AS9100-certified quality system ensures complete traceability, process control, and accountability—so you can trust the work before it ever leaves our floor.
• If something’s not right, we’ll correct it at no cost to you. That includes free return shipping and rework, replacement, or another mutually agreed solution—whatever it takes to meet your needs.
• Just notify us within 30 days of delivery, and our team will resolve the issue quickly and thoroughly.
